Harry Kane tipped for potential Tottenham return amid spending spree

In an exclusive interview, Sherwood commented on Tottenham’s recruitment strategy, stating, “The money they’ve spent, I like the players they brought in, but they still have to go on there and produce it and do it for Tottenham.” He emphasised the importance of on-field performance under manager Roberto De Zerbi, who faces significant pressure to deliver results.
Sherwood noted that if Spurs can regain a foothold in Champions League contention, this would incrementally make the club a more enticing destination for Kane in the future. He added, “I would not rule out Tottenham Hotspur. I certainly would not.”
