Jaissle, who is only 38 years old, has gained recognition for his attacking, high-intensity style. His coaching credentials include guiding Red Bull Salzburg to consecutive Austrian Bundesliga titles and leading Al Ahli to the AFC Champions League title in 2025 and 2026, thereby earning an impressive coaching pedigree.

In his final season, Howe received credit for leading Newcastle to a Carabao Cup win, ending a 70-year wait for a major domestic trophy.
