Matheus Fernandes joins Tottenham Hotspur in record transfer
Matheus Fernandes has opted to join Tottenham Hotspur, turning down advances from Manchester United and PSG. The transfer, valued at £85million, sets a new record for Spurs, signalling their intent in the upcoming season’s transfer market, reports BritPanorama.
