Brooke, 22, marked Campbell’s birthday with a heartfelt Instagram message, accompanied by several photographs of the pair together. She wrote in the tribute: “Happy birthday, Campbell. They celebrated the festive period together, with Brooke joining Campbell and his relatives for a New Year getaway.
