Leah Taylor accuses Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers of infidelity
Love Island star Leah Taylor has finally spoken out about her split from Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers, claiming the 23-year-old footballer was unfaithful during their relationship, reports BritPanorama.
The 30-year-old reality TV personality discussed the end of their romance on influencer Ami Charlize’s Private Story podcast, breaking months of silence regarding their breakup. Taylor and Rogers had been together for approximately three months before parting ways in January.
Until now, Leah had refrained from revealing the reasons behind their separation, but she now alleges that the midfielder cheated on her. “I was like, ‘Wow’. So, that was that,” she remarked, detailing her feelings of betrayal.
Leah and Morgan’s relationship began last summer, with their first conversations occurring around Wimbledon in July. Despite initial hesitations due to her busy schedule, things became serious when they holidayed together, marking a turning point in their relationship.
Despite the heartbreak, Taylor delineated her boundaries regarding trust. “If someone did that to me, even if I have so much love for you, I can’t look at you the same. I can’t trust someone like that,” she explained. The situation left her feeling stunned and disheartened but without resentment towards Rogers.
“My biggest thing is not carrying any hate for them about the situation… but at the end of the day, it’s nothing but love,” she concluded, reinforcing her desire to move forward. Morgan Rogers has yet to respond to Taylor’s allegations.
