Travis Kelce describes wedding to Taylor Swift as the best night of his life
Travis Kelce has broken his silence on marrying Taylor Swift, describing it as the “best night of my life,” reports BritPanorama.
The NFL star and world-famous singer tied the knot at New York’s Madison Square Garden on July 3, with over 1,000 guests in attendance, many of whom shared pictures on social media from the special night. While the newlyweds have not publicly shared any images or details from their wedding day, Kelce has now offered his thoughts on the occasion.
After a practice session with his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, Kelce told reporters, “It was a fun off-season, man. Wedding was the best night of my life and I appreciate everybody who came out and celebrated and had fun with us.” He noted that it had been a “childhood dream” to visit Madison Square Garden, thanking the venue owners for granting him the opportunity to marry there.
Kelce elaborated, “I always told myself I’d go for a playoff game when the [New York] Knicks were rocking. So, it’s kind of cool to be able to live out my childhood dream of being in that venue… the mecca of all sports venues. To be able to get married in there. I can’t thank the owners of MSG enough for letting us get the opportunity to do that knowing that we wanted a private event and everything, it was perfect.” He humorously added, “The AC was cooking… that was the best part.”
Neither Kelce nor Swift has shared any official images since their wedding nearly six weeks ago. The star-studded ceremony was officiated by Adam Sandler and included numerous A-listers such as Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran, Gigi Hadid, and Bradley Cooper among the guests.
Following the wedding, a billboard read “JusT&T married,” marking the celebration. The couple announced their engagement in August 2025 through a joint Instagram post, which quickly garnered over 37 million likes, showcasing five photos to accompany their news of impending nuptials.
